I've been emailing P80 about offering a 30S/SF frame for the longest & have been considering modifying a PF45 to accept a 30/36 slide as well. This would require cutting through the rail & possibly serial plate as well. I have done a grip-chop on a 17 frame to 19 length before, but I'd have to remove quite a bit more to go from 21 length to 30SF.

There's an issue with the jig that if you file the tabs and then drill the holes, you can place the frame into the jig incorrectly causing you to drill the holes in the wrong place. Also you can check to see if your rails are level by placing a ruler on each side. Ruler should touch both front and back rails. 1.
